RETURN POLICY

1. REFUNDS

No refunds will be given. However, exchanges are available (for the same item) to customers within 3 days of product delivery. Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, and therefore we only allow unopened items in the original packaging to be exchanged. In order to exchange a product, the following conditions must be met:

– Product(s) must be unopened in the original packaging.
– Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
– Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If the listed conditions are not met, Immaculate Extensions International Hair Collection reserves the right to refuse a refund.

2. RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at info@immaculateextensions.com. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping.
